Eric Trump claims family ‘lost a fortune’ in pushback of 2020 pay-for-play report

Eric Trump: “We’ve lost a fortune. My father lost a fortune running for president. He doesn’t care,” Eric Trump, an executive vice president with the Trump Organization, said “He wanted to do what was right.”

 the New York Times story reported that former President Trump “transplanted favor-seeking in Washington to his family’s hotels and resorts — and earned millions as a gatekeeper to his own administration.” reports that of the hundreds of individuals and entities seeking favor, “60 customers with interests at stake before the Trump administration brought his family business nearly $12 million during the first two years of his presidency.”
