Trump lost a lot of weight since leaving office

 the former President who favored fast food during his presidency has changed his fast-food diet for a more healthy diet, and he traded his typical spray tan for a natural hue at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, According to Former President Donald Trump’s aide Jason Miller.

Trump who had a button on his desk to demand someone bring him Diet Cokes gained a noticeable amount of weight while in the White House.

While campaigning in 2016, Trump Ate KFC, Filets-o-Fish, Big Macs, snacked on Oreos, and reportedly continued that eating habit into his presidency and he reportedly drank 12 cans of Diet Coke each day during his presidency.

Trump aide Miller now says the former president has turned to healthy eating and had lost a lot of weight since the presidency because he doesn’t have someone available 24 hours a day to bring him whatever he wants.

While Trump has struggled with impulse control when it comes to tweets and rally lines, Miller indicated it extended to his snacking habit as well during his presidency.

Trump golfing nearly every week and not having the pressure of being the president made a difference in his weight loss.
